Ok, yes you got me. My morning warrior smoothie recipe cannot melt fat off of your body. BUT, my morning smoothie recipe can absolutely set your day up in the most optimal way to be incredibly successful for all of your fat loss endeavor.
I have been working on this recipe for a LONG TIME as you would know if you have followed me on Instagram for any amount of time. I am constantly changing ingredients around to get the optimal nutrient profile without making a gnarly tasting brown smoothie.
Fear not, after a month of experimentation, I have created a smoothie that is tasty, nutritious, and most importantly, beautiful. This smoothie catches the attention of both dietitians and aesthetic Instagramers. I present to you my Morning Warrior Smoothie recipe!
